Creative Storage Solutions is a proprietor firm, which launched its brand “Emborno” with the intention of reinventing traditional organisation and fusing it with design and interior decorating. While each project is based on utilitarian systems that can be maintained in the long run, there is also a strong emphasis on aesthetically altering the space and incorporating their unique styled look.

“Emborno” is made up of two words. Its initial part, “Emb” is taken from a French word “Embellir” which means to make something more attractive. And the following part “orno” is a Latin term, which means to furnish or to equip. When put together, the term signifies to equip something in such a way that it looks more attractive. And Emborno was trademarked in July 2021.

Mehak,The Founder

Remember Monica from F.R.I.E.N.D.S? The one who was the mother of the group, the one who always kept everything organised? Mehak is literally the Monica of the real world. She has just this inner urge of keeping everything in order and well-arranged. Unorganised and messy surroundings is the biggest turn-off for her and it makes her very much uneasy and uncomfortable. Although having in her bag an MBA in Finance and working as a corporate professional, she always thought that something was missing in her full-time career.
Mehak has always been obsessed with keeping things tidy and clean. When the Work From Home culture came into existence, everything got chaotic and messy. This further made people more lethargic and ignorant towards organising their spaces. It was only then that she felt the disorder around her living spaces. She felt that people got highly disorganised and their routine got deteriorated due to staying at home all day long. Mehak immediately realised what she had to do next. After a lot of googling and research, she found out that an end market entirely focused on Storage Solutions and Organizing does not exist in India. This furthered into wanting her to bring these products to India and provide the market with something new and fresh. With the help of her family and some of her close friends, she started working towards realizing her passion into career. And that is how Creative Storage Solutions’ Emborno came into existence in September 2021. Mehak has left her job to organize and beautify the living spaces of people and pursue her passion.
